Founder of 'Insurance-Free Dentistry 101'

Salutations!

My name is Linty, your Mentor and Guide on this journey to be Insurance-Free, be an out of Network provider, and own a Fee for Service Practice. My mission, to help more dentists have their practice, revenue and life back under their control.

Like everyone who struggles to pay overheard and bills, seeing more patients than you can remember, pushing forward till you can't push anymore, I was that dentist that went in with a smile, only to go home with neck and shoulder pain, and too tired to enjoy my family.

I had enough! Over past decade, I have worked with numerous coaches, consultants, strategists, attended endless continuing education classes all over the country, interacted with the greatest of the Leaders in our Dental Industry, trying to learn the secret sauce of their success. Through many trails, tribulations and errors, I learned to crawl out of my endless pit of insurances out into a world that works pays me for my services. Now that is Justice that each of us deserves.

About me, I am a 2004 NYU Grad, who never knew when to stop studying, I am what they call a 'Professional Student'! Bought a PPO driven existing practice in 2012, and started dropping insurances by year 4, and was done with all PPOs in 3 years. Now I teach other dentists to do the same because it's time we took our practices back from Insurances companies and do the dentistry that patients need.

Why be Free of Dental Insurance?

Living Free, practicing the Dentistry that you love, getting paid for what you do, is the very reason you went to school for and own your practice. And why not?

After working year after year, watching my pie getting smaller every day, though my work felt endless, enough was enough! I decided it was time to be free of insurances using extensive planning, strategic and intentional moves to terminate an element of my practice that no longer should have a say in my dentistry nor a part of my revenue.

Hence was born the 'Insurance-Free Dentistry 101'. This program is created to help guide Dentists out of their bond to Insurance, and to help our patients know that they are still able to come to us. As much as we believe that we will not survive without insurance, it's quite the opposite, insurances companies can't survive without dentists, and that's the truth.

Let's embark on this beautiful journey where we learn to have quite practices where it is less chaotic, not go home being tired, see the patients giving them your full energy and care, taking home exactly what you earned that day, taking more time off to be with your family, friends and more self care time.
